5.1. Rental income will be paid as per the terms specified in the agreement.

6.1. The property owner must provide access to the site for BSNL personnel during installation and maintenance activities.

7.1. BSNL will ensure that the tower complies with all safety and regulatory standards, including radiation norms.

7.3. In case of property damage caused by tower-related activities, BSNL will address and compensate as per the agreement.
8.1. Either party can terminate the agreement with prior notice as outlined in the contract.

9.1. BSNL will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
